About
OrderSync is the AI integration layer for ERPs.
We take every inbound order format — EDI X12, PDFs, emails, faxes, partner portals, spreadsheets — extract the line items, validate them against your catalog and pricing, and post a clean order into your ERP. One pipeline replaces a stack of point tools.
Why we exist
EDI has been the backbone of B2B retail for 50 years. Every major retailer mandates it. That part is solved. What is not solved is everything else — the PDF purchase order that arrives at 11pm from a regional grocery chain, the email order with quantities scattered across a paragraph, the partner portal that exports CSVs with column names that change every quarter.
Most teams handle this by hiring people to re-key orders into an ERP. That works until volume goes up. Then it costs more, errors creep in, chargebacks land, and the team burns out. The alternative — buying a different point tool for each format — ends up with five disconnected systems and no audit trail.
OrderSync replaces that with one AI-driven pipeline that understands every document type, learns from corrections, and writes directly into the ERP you already use.

Frequently asked questions
What does OrderSync actually do?
OrderSync is an AI integration layer for ERPs. It ingests orders from every format — EDI X12, PDFs, emails, faxes, portals, spreadsheets — extracts and validates them against your catalog and pricing, and posts clean orders into your ERP. One pipeline replaces a stack of point tools.
Who is OrderSync built for?
B2B wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers who receive orders in five or more formats and want one system instead of five. Customers range from grocery and seafood distributors to industrial wholesale to multi-vertical buying groups like LBMX and NCG.
Is OrderSync just EDI software?
No. EDI is a solved problem — every major retailer mandates it. OrderSync's wedge is the messy stuff: PDF purchase orders, email orders, fax orders, partner portal scrapes, and spreadsheet drops. Plus EDI when that's what trading partners send.
Which ERPs does OrderSync connect to?
Pre-built connectors for NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, QuickBooks, Acumatica, Fishbowl, NorthScope, and 30+ other systems. New ERP connectors can be added in days when a customer needs one.
How is OrderSync different from traditional EDI providers?
Traditional EDI assumes a dedicated specialist on staff. OrderSync uses AI to handle the judgment calls — catalog matching, exception resolution, partner quirks, missing fields — without a human in the loop, while keeping a full audit trail for the orders it processes.
Where is OrderSync based?
OrderSync is built by Sage Digital LLC, a US company founded in 2024. We work remotely with customers across North America.
